Guide Program is a a rigorous 3 years residential programs only for those who are currently in their first year of undergraduate in B.Sc./BCA/BA and highly motivated for higher studies like “M.Sc. from IITs / NITs” or “MCA from NITs and further M.Tech. in CSE” or “MBA from IIMs/IITs” or MA or other master's degree from any good university. He must be passionate to bring out best in oneself.

This program will cover the complete living cost of two years with fooding, lodging and all the expenditure related to their preparation for their higher studies.

Apart from this it will also cover all the expenditure to various kinds of workshops, trainings, visits anywhere in the country.

The program will provide :

• Various kinds of exposure from higher studies to wherever your interest lies.
• Practice of Values based living with self-discipline
• A mentor which will guide your preparation for higher studies

In this program,

1. We are using “teaching” as a tool to directly identify one’s limitation and areas of improvement and then using various reflective exercises how & where to work on yourself.
2. We are using “family based living” as a tool to work on various types of sanskaar and prepare you for any situations in life.
3. you will be assigned a mentor which will plan and review your self study (undergraduate study) weekly/ fortnightly/monthly/half yearly & help you in your studies wherever required.
4. Apart from this there will be various workshops & visits as a tool to understand yourself, education and society more fundamentally.

Selection Procedure -

1. Firstly one have to go through a long application form.
2. Then the interview and other activities, just to know the person better.

After the selection of the fellow, s/he will go through a very structured daily routine in which part of the time one will be involved in teaching in school & part of their time in doing self study & half the part of their time in physical work and will also learn various skills from cooking, driving, (swimming) etc. to every small things which are very important for living life. Complete detail will be informed in the orientation after the selection.

This is given maximum to only one person in a year. And only if we find any suitable candidates.
